At Insolance, we take pride in creating personalized sandals that are tailored specifically to your feet and designed to bring you comfort, style, and support. Because of the unique nature of our custom-made products, we kindly ask you to carefully review the following return policy:
Returns and Refunds
- Custom-Made Products: Since Insolance sandals are personalized to your individual foot measurements and designed with your specific needs in mind, they are not eligible for traditional returns or refunds.
- Adjustments and Repairs: We understand that comfort is subjective and that you might need minor adjustments. Suppose you experience any discomfort or find an issue with the functional part of the sandal (e.g., the personalized insole). In that case, we are happy to offer complimentary adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.
- Defective Products: If your sandals arrive with any manufacturing defects or do not meet our quality standards, or if you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost.
How to Request Adjustments or Repairs
- Contact our Customer Support Team via email at support@insolance.com with the following details:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue or discomfort you're experiencing.
- Photos of the product (if applicable).
- Our team will evaluate your request and guide you through sending your sandals back to us for repair or adjustment.
Important Notes
- Custom-made sandals cannot be resold or reused due to their personalized nature, which is why we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
- Shipping costs for adjustments or repairs may vary depending on your location. For orders within Spain, we provide free shipping for repairs within the first 14 days.
- For international orders, shipping costs for adjustments will be shared transparently with the customer.
